A healthy body holds the key for a healthy mind. Our Physical Education Department is well-structured to build the values of team spirit, competitiveness, consistency, acceptance of failure etc.

Our wellness curriculum emphasis on the personal and social development, physical growth and motor development. To achieve this, wide variety of sports activities and yoga are implemented, which include proper diet, exercise and play, meditation, leadership, character building and adventure sports.

All students in our school are encouraged to participate in intra-school, interschool, state and national level sports meet.
