To commemorate the birth anniversary of Dr A P J Abdul Kalam , STUDENTS DAY was celebrated on 19th October 2024.
The programme was preceeded by Principal Smt Renugadevi. Vice Principal Shri Raghavendra Bhat and Coordinator Smt Poornima.
Since it was celebrated on Saturday, it was declared a NO BAG DAY for students and they were asked to come in ethnic dress. The school looked colourful with their beautiful attires.
To make the students feel special, teachers didn’t leave any stone unturned. Teachers owned up the assembly program and special programs for the day. There was command , panchangam, thought for the day in seven languages , pledge, song, riddles / quiz and dance by teachers.
The students were kept engaged by various activities. Documentary related to Dr Abdul Kalam’s life was shown to students. The students were inspired and motivated by the life lesson they learnt from the
Dr Kalam’s life.
